I love this store! The owners are so friendly and helpful. You will find almost anything you're lokooking for. Lots of older , classic, and rare finds. This little shop is tucked away in the West end and perfect for all book nerds.

This place was AMAZING! I went for my first time today during my lunch break and I cannot wait to go back. They have a wonderful selection of books including children's books. The owner's are so sweet and helpful.

They have a lot to choose from and you can't beat their prices. Go here before anywhere else. You won't be disappointed! My husband wanted an old classic to read to our son so I decided to try this bookstore because it's so close to our house. It is the most quaint little store, but my favorite part is the owners. They don't take credit card, but I didnt have cash on me so I felt silly writing a check for $2. The lady asked me what I like to read and she came up with several options for me to choose from and I'm loving the one I chose. I highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for a classic of some sort.

Great experience with the gentleman that runs the shop. I was looking for an obscure book that is hard to find that they didn't have unfortunately. However, just purely based on the experience I had while interacting with the clerk, I highly encourage everyone to try to support this business. Kindest older gentleman I've encountered in a long while.

Joyce was so sweet to stay open a little later so we could finish looking around. She was so friendly and so helpful. This is a great bookstore and even though we were just passing through town to head back home we will be sure to stop in every time we pass this way. Be sure to stop in and buy books from this great business!

A place that I absolutely cherish. I go there and lose myself in the pleasure and wonderment of books that are priced less than a quarter of it's original price. And the inventory is maximum. The proprietors are very nice and helpful and I often have extended conversations with them, not just about books, but life.

I love it rhe only place where ibfound what i wanted had plenty off variety to choise from a large ptunt dictionary with Webster look at all stores anda nothing, went to all library and nothing highly recommend start here first when it comes to shopping books.price, less than half Ford what i would habe paid anywhere else.

Wonderful beautiful place for any book lover. Has the charm and smell of a traditional book store before they were infiltrated by Starbucks employees and people that don’t read at all. This place has everything and lots of older info that has since been removed from the internet altogether. Lots of variety from history, romance, education, Texas history and the coolest little kids section. Shame on previous reviewer for trying to belittle the owner for a phone call that didn’t go your way. Couldn’t be a nicer individual and he’s working running his business while people half his age refuse to work. Think twice before trying to insult a small business owner because you didn’t get an immediate answer over the phone. Go to the store and find the answer for yourself. The owner only accepts cash which fits into his old school setup. Bless this place and this man and I will be back 100%. Thank you red b4 📚

Joyce is a Gem! I’ve been here twice since moving to Beaumont and this bookstore is by far my favorite place in town! The selections of books are massive. I could spend hours just checking out the covers and reading the book summaries. And with the prices being so reasonable it makes it easy to grab every book that catches your eye. Thanks to Joyce Ive found my favorite section Now my only problem is deciding which book to read next!
